  2. We will help you obtain a pre-approval letter from a lender if you are not a cash buyer. Doing so will give you a huge advantage over buyers that neglected to do this. Although builders usually tie incentives to using their lender you have to make sure that you are getting the best interest rate and terms. If you are a first time home or condo buyer we can point you to a government program which will help you obtain up to $35,000 in down payment assistance through a low interest Nevada, Henderson, North Las Vegas or Las Vegas first time home buyer grant or loan.
  3. Upon making an appointment with you to visit the the new or resale homes, condominiums, loft or high rise condos we will preview the listings and obtain the latest price sheets and availabilities.

  6. Upon acceptance of your offer we will open escrow on your behalf and coordinate between the mortgage broker, residential inspector, escrow company and the seller.
