The housing boom in Greater Las Vegas Valley (Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Lake Las Vegas, Henderson, Green Valley, Downtown, Mountain's Edge, Southern Highlands and the Strip) made converting apartments to condo conversions feasible. Condo builders buy condo mapped apartment projects (each condo/apartment has a different title and could be sold individually), and improve them in some form (usually new paint, carpet and cabinets ) and then sell them individually.
