Simple Instructions

1. The reason that we ask for complete contact information is that we have a very popular web-site and get spammed with great frequency. Therefore, we want to make sure that we are researching for a viable person and not a spammer. We will not honor requests with incomplete contact information.
2. We try to answer all requests immediately. If you don't have an answer from us within 24 hours, either we have not received your request or you have not received our answer. Call us if you haven't heard from us within 24 hours.
3. Check your spam box. It has come to our attention that a lot of our e-mails go directly to spam. Add us to your contacts to avoid this.
4. If you want us to call you, we will call you at your specified time, and after doing the necessary research we will e-mail listings that best fit your criteria. (Usually within 24 hrs.)
5. Your information will remain confidential and will never be distributed for any reason.
6. We only will contact you with important information regarding your deal. We do not in spam anyone, ever.
