Mountain’s Edge, a 3,500 acre master planned residential community located in southwest Las Vegas, was the second fastest selling master planned community in the U.S. in 2006 according to RCLCO, a Washington, D.C.-based real estate research firm. The success of Mountain’s Edge is attributed to a dedication to environmental preservation, offering residents a community with a sense of depth and character.
