My wife and I have lost a great deal of our savings about 12 years ago due to a car accident that I was Involved in, and we know how bad it feels. The same has happened to many due to foreclosures. So to give back to our community we will offer a one hour plus class to all who want to attend with no string attached.

We are currently in negotiations with several mortgage lenders to do a 1 hour financing class, where they will teach different financing options, first time home owner down payment and mortgage assistance and more.

We will talk about market trends in the area which we will visit, how to set a price on foreclosed and short sale homes and condos and what to expect after making an offer. We will also talk about buying a new home or condo standing inventory vs buying a resale such as foreclosure or short sale, due diligence period and required wavers of disclosures by the sellers

Even though foreclosed houses and condominiums are sold as is, you don't have to buy a foreclosed home or condo as is. We will teach you how.
