Mixed-use developments combine residential, retail and commercial in a town square type of setting to accommodate the desire for low-maintenance properties that give you the convenience and excitement of a Las Vegas lifestyle.  These started with the District at Green Valley Ranch and are continuing with Citycenter on the Strip and McCarran Village near the airport.  In the northwest Paxton Walk and in the southwest Manhattanwest, Promenada at Rainbow and Sullivan Square are being built.  Henderson has Stephanie Village under construction and more properties approved but not yet under construction.
