About Las Vegas CityCenter
Las Vegas CityCenter is a seven billion-dollar urban metropolis consisting of hotels and condominium towers that will be built on 76 acres on Las Vegas Boulevard, between the Cosmopolitan High Rise Condo Project and the Monte Carlo Casino.
- CityCenter consists of a 60 story, 4,000-room luxury hotel with a casino and 5 additional towers, a 500,000 square foot (50,000 m²) retail and entertainment district and a convention center. There will be 225,000 square feet of convention and meeting spaces, a 2,000-seat theater, a fire station, on site power plant and trams (people movers) which connect the CityCenter towers with each other and the Bellagio.
The other towers are as follows: The HARMON is described as an exclusive non-gaming boutique hotel/condo and features 400 luxurious rooms. The 5-star MANDARIN ORIENTAL luxury hotel/residence is split between hotel and residences. The 277 residential condos are located from the 23rd floor and up. The VDARA high-rise condo-hotel is built toward the west of CityCenter. This tower is curved and features 57 stories and 1543 units, the units measure from 500 to 1750 square feet. Condo hotels are rented on behalf of the owners by MGM Mirage for a percentage of the revenues. The splits have not been set as of now.The VEER towers consist of two towers that are built at a 5 degree incline and seem like they are dancing with each other. These towers are 37 stories and feature 350 condos each, the condos measure from 500 to 1800 square feet.My better half Karen and my brother Parviz accompanied me to the Las Vegas CityCenter sales office where we were met by a classy sales executive named Julie Marie Olson. We were mildly surprised by her authoritative mastery of facts and her ability to effortlessly explain a great deal of information in a short time. She told us that the sales executives in CityCenter sales office had to undergo strenuous training and the result shows. The CityCenter sales office is top of the line and filled with great technology and beautiful mock ups of the CityCenter. The developer has spent 24 million dollars on this beautiful sales office which is located to the north of New York New York casino. It is worth noting that this sales office will be erased in three years to give way to another tower.
