How are my Las Vegas real estate web-site, Las Vegas homes, condos land and commercial real estate and its companion blog performing in Google search results pages? Rocketing to the top!!
This the concluding article in the series.
It takes time for a web-site to come up in the search engine results and my web-site is less than 2.5 month old and at least six months ahead of my best case scenario.
A search engine results page is the listing of web-pages returned by a search engine in response to a keyword query such as sell Las Vegas home. In response to the search, Google returns the web-pages which include all the words in that search (sell, Las, Vegas, home) and shows the number of web-pages that contain all these keywords on the right side of the search results bar on the top of the page. Following is a small sample of how my web-site and blog are performing in the Google search result pages. If I have a link in the top 100 results, I looked no further.

Karen said that the articles in this series are full of technical babble and asked me why I have decided to pursue this series and what is the connection to Vegas real estate?
From the business point of view I identified my strengths and weaknesses and at the same time evaluated my competition’s strengths and weaknesses and designed a business plan to take advantage of both. Real estate agents have to have a way to get others to contact them. Many real estate agents are outgoing and frequent places that give them the best chance for meeting prospective customers, be it a bar or club or social networking. This is a limited means of growing a business and the visitors to a top-rated web-site in a week will surpass the number of people the most outgoing agent meets in a year. My strengths are technology, analytic and problem solving ability and having a top-rated web-site is more suited to my personality. What I have done is identify and execute a real-life business plan.
There is a lot of similarity between doing a real estate transaction in Las Vegas and building my site. One has to have a complete understanding of what her/his goal is and the criteria which have to be satisfied in order to achieve his/her goal. Additionally, I have tried to link the information in this blog to the corresponding web-site page, so there is a lot of Las Vegas, Nevada real estate in this blog series.
