Allure has two 41 story high rise condo towers and was built by Fifield Companies of Chicago. Allure tower offers 15 distinct floor models that vary in square footage from 670 to 4400 square feet. These one, two and three bedroom condominiums have one or more balconies that look over the Las Vegas Boulevard (Strip) skyline, some offer 160 degree view of the strip and those facing I-15 have a great view of the West Las Vegas Mountains and landscape. More than one balcony for these luxury condos is very cool, wish you could take a look.These high rise condos come with upgraded GE Stainless Steel appliances, a very large granite topped counter in the kitchen area. The cabinets are highly upgrade imports from Europe and the entry and kitchen and wet area flooring is stone. Buyers have their choice of flooring in the bedrooms. But this is not all that the residents get, they get to use all the amenities of which a few are:
- A very well equipped gym, outdoor pool and spa on the sixth floor
- Door man, valet and concierge to tend to residents needs
- Very nice business center that is equipped with internet access, Wi-Fi and a private meeting room
- Dining facility and club room and game room
This building has been well architected and this is evident in the layout of the condominium units, these condos are very well laid out, the builder has milked every inch of the units. Actually I fell in love with a corner condo that had three bedrooms and three balconies, except that I am just a few hundred thousand short. I would highly appreciate any help or very large donations in this matter. When Karen and I walked in to this condo a very nice kid was working there and enjoying the view. I looked at him and asked with a straight face and serious tone what he was doing in my condo? You should have seen the kid’s face, it was funny. Who said work should never be fun?
Allure’s builder like other unfortunate builders who started and finished his project ran smack dab into our current Las Vegas real estate market and has not sold out. The resident sales person Brian Braboy told me that they have 80 units left; some units are available on Las Vegas MLS as resales also. I will discuss current pricing for Allure in particular and Las Vegas high rise condos generally in the next post and why they can be purchased in bulk and at good discounts
I always take pride in seeing a coworker excel at what he/she does; Brain was extremely kind and informative and a joy to watch practice his craft masterfully.
