Brand new Las Vegas homes for sale from $99 per square foot at Newcastle by American West Homes in Highlands Ranch, part one

American West Home’s community at Newcastle in Highlands Ranch provides prospective new home buyers in Las Vegas with five floor plans that range between 1731-3176 square feet and are priced at $259,500 plus.

Newcastle has a few neighboring communities that are being built by American West Homes. These new home subdivisions are Kensington with 5 model homes, 3435-4770 square feet, up to 5 bedrooms and prices starting at $420,000. Windsor; with 5 new home models ranging 2,222-3790 square feet with prices starting at $320,000 and Fairmont with 5 new home models ranging 1486-2,544 square feet, up to 4 bedrooms with prices starting from $250,000.

Newcastle has three different two story floor plans and two different three story models. Despite being priced to compete with foreclosures and short sales in Las Vegas, these homes are not stripped down and boxy.
