Las Vegas luxury homes, your chance to own the Las Vegas famed “Parisian Palace” Luxury Palace for sale for $6.1 million

October 24th, 2008 · 1 Comment

This Las Vegas luxury home is truly like a King’s palace. The “Parisian Palace” was designed and constructed in 1987 by a Las Vegas real estate developer as his dream home. It has become one of the most notorious estates in the country. He spent over $13 million dollars building this fabulous house. A blue porcelain tile roof and twin copper towers complement this estate. Black and gold cast iron gates surround the nearly one acre estate. There is a high tech alarm system and 35 video surveillance cameras to help keep your privacy. Front gardens, a fountain and statues of Roman and Greek gods are just part of this 14,000+ square foot palace.

This fabulous home has a disco and a bowling lane, three bars, eight bedrooms and 9 bathrooms and can accommodate lots of guests. A Las Vegas Realtor whom I was chatting with called Parisian Palace a mix of Liberace meets Scarface mansion.  I think of it as a European Chapel, Elvis style. People will either love this place or hate it. This mansion definitely has a wow factor. I believe that Middle Eastern or Oriental tycoons would love this property and it should be marketed toward them. Attention Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, Singapore and European investors, or for that matter Hollywood stars and starlets, call me at 702-478-7800. I may be wrong but as far as Las Vegas is concerned this is a unique property.

Las Vegas luxury homes and condominiums have not been selling well lately and this is due to the current credit crunch, but at same time another $6,000,000 dollar home sold for cash and closed the escrow in six hours. I have repeatedly mentioned that commercial and residential properties that are priced right for the current Las Vegas real estate market are still selling because not all real estate buyers have to finance their deal and can pay in cash. But they want and are deserving of a great deal.

This exquisite Las Vegas home features art work from some of the world’s better painters on many of the soaring ceilings and walls. You enter through a 5ft wide, 650lb door that leads to a “Coat of Arms” imported from Italy. This door along with the frame was installed by crane due to its 1200lb weight. Outside walls are over one foot thick and built using bricks. A 5ft wide Italian marble staircase and overhead walkway divide the entry. There are 12 imported chandeliers throughout the house including a 600lb crystal chandelier in the entry. Seven hand-carved cherry wood fireplaces and 22kt Gold plated bathroom fixtures are just some of the unique features. Master Artist Thomas Bisesti spent over 6 years hand painting the murals on the ceilings, including a masterpiece on the master bath ceiling above a gigantic all marble Jacuzzi. Solid marble bidet and European toilet complete the bath. In 2004 Nico Santucci purchased the palace and had Thomas Bisesti return to restore the existing artwork and add some new works.

Other features include: bowling alley, alarm system-owned, ceiling fans, intercom system, pot shelves, skylights, sun room, built in BBQ, circular driveway, private yard, portico, enclosed patio/sun room, in-ground pool, RV parking, all brick construction, approximately 12,058sf with a 31,400sf lot and 2 garages.

By the way Ryland Homes is offering special discounts on their ready to move in new homes for sale in Las Vegas, North West Las Vegas and Mountains Edge for the next four days. These homes range from less than $100 per square foot for their larger home models in Mountains Edge to about $140 dollars per square foot in West Park in Summerlin which sits across highway 215 from Red Rock Casino.

I recently was at a broker preview for The Parisian Palace and I can tell you it has gone through an amazing transformation.
Much of the Liberace is gone and a more modern rockstar feeling exists due I believe to the current owner Nico santucci bringing his flavor to the property.
I loved it. Very dramatic and sexy.

This place was built like Fort Knox. the walls are over a foot thick!
Great for a celebrity looking to be near the strip with total privacy.
