I own a Las Vegas office building for sale in a great location on the hard corner of Oneida and Desert Inn, which fronts Sears Auto in the Boulevard Mall on Maryland Parkway. 3314 Oneida is within 10 minutes of Las Vegas Boulevard and walking distance of Sunrise Hospital and Boulevard Mall. The building is 2252 square foot and the lot is 10250 square feet. There is one great room that can be partitioned, three large rooms and 2 bathrooms. One is handicap compliant and the other has a shower.
The backyard can be used to park cars or for extra storage. We have gone overboard with electrical outlets, phone and internet hookups.
As you can see my office building is within 200 yards of Desert Inn and Maryland Pkwy. This office is perfect for a doctor who practices in Sunrise Hospital, to be used as a rehab or a good place for an accountant, lawyer or Realty Brokerage.

I obtained an official appraisal for the office in August, 2008 and the appraisal price came to be $550,000, current price is $75,000 below appraisal.
